V eronica clapped her hands, making her chest jiggle under the black satin. Crack . “Scout Hayden encounters a magical trap. If only she had the foresight to cast ‘Detect Trap’ before entering the room.”

Hayden gasps. “Hey, Mike’s not the only one that’s distracted.”

“You feel a magical poison flow through you,” Ronnie said in her narrator's voice .

Meanwhile, Clare moaned into my ear, kissing my neck. I was having trouble breathing with how aroused she was making me. It was the best weird fantasy ever. But also the worst. All I wanted to do was throw her over the couch and fuck her. “Clock’s ticking,” Veronica said, looking at her watch. It was encrusted with diamonds or something. I could see it sparkle over Clare’s creamy shoulder.

“You need to give me your healing energy,” Hayden said, jumping to her feet, hooking the shorter side of her hair behind her ear.

“You can’t. I’m too buys haunting you,” Clare whispered.

“H-how do I do that?” I stammered, felling overwhelmed, hard and confused.

“The poor Cleric was a new member of the healing order. He did not yet understand the power flowing through him. The magical energy contained within... just waiting to be… sucked out.”

My eyes widened. Did she mean?

“But first he must placate the horny spirit that seeks to distract him, less Scout Hayden falls to her doom.”

“Clare,” I huffed, reluctantly trying to push her aside. She wouldn’t budge, and I wasn’t sure if I was happy about that.

“You need to distract me,” she whispered. “Kiss me.”

My eyes widened further.

“Hurry Cleric. You only have four minutes remaining. I hope for Hayden’s sake, the spirit has made you nice and… prepared.”

Fuck it. I pulled Clare away from my neck and kissed her. She gasped into my mouth, quickly pulling back, whispering, “you’re okay with this, right?”

I just stared at her incredulously.

She giggled. “That’s what I thought,” she whispered, returning her lips to mine. She exploded across my tastebuds, like earlier, but more. More hungry. More needy. More... tongue.

“Hurry, Mike!” Hayden cried out in mock distress.

“The casting of the spell will slow the spread of the poison by your age, Cleric, times two seconds. How old are thee?”

“Twenty-two,” I gasped in between kisses. I suddenly remembered I was on the clock, and slid my fingers under Clare’s soft thighs, lifting her to the side.
